Taras is Executive Director, Innovation with Global Development Operations at Amgen. His team leads efforts to transform how clinical trials are conducted at Amgen, with a focus on patient centricity, digital enablement, and innovative trial design. Taras is passionate about reducing barriers to participation in clinical research, both for patients and investigators. Prior to his current role, Taras served in leadership positions at Amgen within Study Operations and Data Management. Taras holds a BA in History from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
