Special Instructions for Australia and New Zealand

Australia and New Zealand require an AQIS permit (Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service) obtained from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. Amgen is not permitted to import materials without an AQIS permit attached to the packaging. You are also required to provide this permit to Amgen by emailing it to era@amgen.com
